This Code of Ethics and Sustainability establishes the fundamental principles that govern our activity and must be respected by all employees, managers, partners and affiliates.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Extendis Pharma guarantees that all its operations comply with current legislation on health, pharmaceutical regulation and commercial regulations. We align ourselves with the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) established by the European Union, in accordance with the EU Guidelines on Good Distribution Practices of Medicinal Products for Human Use (2013/C 343/01).
Anti-corruption commitment
Extendis Pharma follows the principles of the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) and the guidelines of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) to combat bribery in international commercial transactions. Any form of corruption, bribery or improper practices is strictly prohibited in all the company’s operations and commercial relationships.

- Not to employ or collaborate with third parties who use child labour under the age of 14, in accordance with ILO Convention 138.
- To prohibit all forms of modern slavery, including forced labour and human trafficking.
- To guarantee a safe, fair and respectful work environment for all employees and collaborators.
